I had the most incredible experience with Steph! The full body drum journey with cacao was so grounding and transformative. The rhythms and vibration moved me into a meditative state and opened a space for reflection, release, and deep presence. Combined with the sacred cacao, it’s truly a healing and heart opening experience that frankly continued to have a ripple effect in my life in the days to follow. I also had the pleasure of unfolding into the 45 min sensory reset. It was pure magic. Every sense was gently awakened, every cell activated, and I felt my energy recalibrate and expand in ways I didn’t expect. I felt so alive and it was deeply rejuvenating. As a man, these experiences can sometimes feel nerve racking, but Steph’s offerings and energy are truly so welcoming. She holds space with such authenticity, warmth, and clarity that you immediately feel safe to open, release, and receive. Her guidance is subtle but profound. I had the most nourishing reiki and light breathwork session with Steph, and I’m still feeling the effects days later. From the moment I arrived, her presence and the space she holds made me feel instantly safe. As the session began, I could feel waves of sensation moving through my body, both subtle shifts and deep releases, as if layers I’d been carrying finally had permission to soften. At one point, I drifted into sleep, which I know was exactly what my nervous system needed to reset. Some facilitators can be more catalytic or forceful in their approach, but Steph works with a gentleness that allows everything to open with ease and grace. She holds great reverence for every person she works with, and that makes all the difference. I’m deeply grateful for this experience and would return in a heartbeat. Quand j’ai rencontré Steph, elle offrait un espace pour se ressourcer : un lieu magnifique, pensé pour ralentir, se déposer et s’offrir une vraie pause. J’ai eu la chance de vivre l’expérience Digital Detox et aussi d’y organiser au Refuge de l’âme ma propre journée de retraite bien-être . La voir maintenant devenir praticienne à son tour et offrir des soins allait de soi. C’était la continuité naturelle, presque inévitable, de qui elle est. Steph possède une qualité d’écoute rare. Sa présence vous traverse l’esprit et vous ramène immédiatement à vous-même. Elle porte une sagesse profonde, un savoir ancré, et une humanité qui réchauffe. Il y a chez elle quelque chose de profondément bienveillant… et un peu magique aussi. Je recommande de tout cœur.

J'ai participé à un soin sonore au tambour et l'expérience était incroyable. Un grand merci à Steph pour son accueil chaleureux, son écoute et sa façon très naturelle de mettre à l'aise. On se sent rapidement confortable, ce qui aide à profiter pleinement du moment ! Le lieu est vraiment agréable: paisible, bien aménagé et pensé pour que l'on puisse se détendre et profiter pleinement du soin. Je me suis sentie immédiatement bien. Les vibrations du tambour m'ont aidé à relâcher les tensions et à me recentrer. Je suis repartie avec une sensation de clarté, d'apaisement et un état de calme que je n'avais pas ressenti depuis longtemps. C'était une première pour moi et j'ai déjà hâte de refaire ce soin.
