RacquetGuys

Je préfère de loin les commerçant qui veulent créer une relation de confiance avec leur clients et offrir un bon service à la clientèle Customer service and loyalty 0 (ZERO) for a basket of $600 they don't want to know anything about any discount or some kind of welcome offer or additional discount. Unlike other merchants who offer us 10 to 20% on our first orders and discounts on the purchase of more than one racket. I really do not recommend it for rigidity and non-negotiation. I much prefer merchants who want to create a relationship of trust with their customers and provide good customer service.

beaucoup de diversité de produits Merci

A pleasure to shop at RacquetGuys. It is a great place to buy various types of racket equipment. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable! Good price and great customer service!!!👏👏👏

Bought a case of 72 Pro Penn Marathon extra duty balls from RacquetGuys today, I found a listed price from another tennis store (located much farther away from me) and it honoured the price-matching commitment. There is a wide selection of racquet sport equipment.

After deciding the 1 st racket I bought wasn’t for me Racket guys were very helpful in helping me return it for 75% back towards the second racket I ordered. I absolutely love the second racket I bought and they helped me all the way with friendly advice. I highly recommend Racket guys as I also dealt with them in the past and always had very positive results.

If you are here, find Sergio. He is the kindest man I have ever seen. I went and asked him if I can take off my added lead tape within my racquets. He did it super fast and patient right in front of me. Visit the store and talk to Sergio. I’m sure he will provide the best service possible.

Awesome store! I shopped online with them and had a great experience. Customer service was super helpful and really friendly—they took care of everything I needed. This is definitely my go-to for tennis gear from now on. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic experience with this company. Brian helped out immensely and I am an extremely happy customer - thank you
