I never leave reviews but this one is necessary Front lady sounded very rude to me, she was mad because the pink that I selected looked very bright so before She apply it, I requested her to change it. She acted like I am causing any trouble for switching to another colour before she could start it. I could not understand what she was saying in her language but I could feel she was insulting me. Will never go back, choosing them was instant regret. I thought they might sound rude but their work will be good, I could have enjoyed more fun experience at any random nail salon with half of the money that they charged me.

My sister in law recommended this place for my daughter and I to get our nails done. What a great hidden gem in Orillia. All the staff were amazing, attentive and very efficient. My daughter got nails to match her dress for her school dance. Both of our nails are absolutely beautiful and we love them so much. %100 we will be back. Even though we live out of town. Im willing to drive the distance(2hrs) to get my nails done here. That’s how amazing they are. Thank you!

Great nail salon in Orillia. I’ve tried other salons in the area and this place is the best! My nails always look amazing and they don’t rush. Lots of great colours choose from and they do a great job with nail art. Staff is super friendly and make me feel welcome, always greet me by name which is a nice touch! Will continue coming here and highly recommend!

I am from Niagara and have been looking for a new nail place here in Orillia. I tried one place in Orillia and had a horrible experience, they ruined my nails and made them bleed. Because of that experience at another nail salon in Orillia I was hesitant to try another. Today I went into Pedi N Nails after booking an appointment. They exceeded my expectations. I was met with friendly and welcoming staff who took care of me and made me feel so relaxed. The lady who did my nails was gentle and so sweet. Made me feel welcome. The environment is cleaned frequently and calming. It was so lovely. I will be going back and I’m so happy I found my new nail place. I will definitely be becoming a regular.

Today I got a shellac pedicure and I couldn’t be any happier! I was in town last minute and called to make an appointment and they fit me right in, very professional I’m grateful. I’ve had a-lot of pedicures in my life but this one was extra amazing in every way, from massage to nail care, and beautiful colour. My nail tech was kind and smiling and happy and I really had a great experince thanks to her.

I went a few months back and had no trouble getting in as a walk in. Service was good, was happy with my gel pedicure. In fact it was so good the polish lasted until two weeks ago when the last of it came off my big toe nails. To my absolute horror, my one nail has fungus! I’ve had many pedicures over the years from high end spas to walk in nails salons and I have NEVER had this experience. I’m beyond upset and frustrated. Won’t be back.

I’ve always loved this nail salon; the location is convenient, and the staff are incredibly friendly. However, my recent visit left me a bit disappointed. I opted for a pedicure, but the shape and coloring were not as professionally done as I had hoped. While I was let down by the results, I believe in giving places a second chance, so I would definitely consider trying again in the future.
