I've been a patient of Dr. Hawkins since 2002. Thorough, caring doctor. I have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to get into an appointment at this clinic, in 23 years! The nurse and front staff are friendly and efficient, and always accommodating in more urgent situations. I feel fortunate to be a patient at this clinic and especially of Dr. Hawkins.

Receptionist is really quite rude, she makes you feel like you an inconvenience when she has to do her job. I’m not in province because I attend university and they told me they couldn’t help me with transferring any of my already existing prescriptions and to go to a walk in clinic. No empathy and little help. My family doctor there isn’t much help regardless, he searched up ADHD symptoms on google in front of me during my test.

Every visit that I have attended, I have been treated with respect and compassion. Given the extent of my injuries, they have always gone out their way to make sure that I was comfortable and informed.

Just a friendly reminder that we all have to give back what we expect as patients: a little empathy. Everyone has bad days. My experience with this clinic and all its staff is nothing but exemplary. Warm, caring and busy. So cut them some slack. Their gig is not an easy one. Kudos to them!

Dr. Michalyshyn is awesome! The long waiting times not so much, but I guess it's due to the fact that he does take time to listen to each of his patients. No complaints...just always have to keep that in mind when I go there. Good doctors office from my experience.

I’m not one to frequent the doctors office but was informed today that because I hadn’t been there for several years I could not book an appointment with who I assumed was my family doctor. I was told to go to a walk-in clinic instead. Extremely disappointed.
